I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapist, Systematic Kinesiologist, trained masseur and Somatic Erotic Bodyworker based in Hackney, East London.
I help gay men heal their relationship with sex, pleasure, intimacy and their own bodies.
My approach combines three powerful disciplines: subconscious reprogramming through hypnotherapy, body-based healing through somatic sexology and erotic energy work rooted in Taoist practices.
Together, they form the Erotic Evolution Method, a way of working with the whole person (mind, body and sexual energy) rather than treating each in isolation.
I work with men in person at my private studio in Hackney, East London and online with clients around the world.
How I Got Here
For years, I lived inside the same cycles many of my clients describe: compulsive patterns with porn and apps, a nervous system that couldn't settle, and a deep shame around sex that I mistook for something broken in me.
When I finally began my own healing journey, I discovered that what I thought was addiction was actually unprocessed trauma, unmet desire and a body full of armouring that had never been given permission to feel safe, open or alive.
That discovery changed everything. It led me into clinical training, somatic practice and eventually into the world of sexological bodywork, where I found the missing piece that talk therapy alone could never reach… the body itself.
Now I bring everything I've learned (professionally and personally) to the men I work with. I know this territory from the inside, and that lived experience shapes every session.
Training & Credentials
Clinical Hypnotherapy & Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Trained in the Marisa Peer method of Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy, to access and reprogram subconscious beliefs. Over a decade of therapeutic experience working with clients on issues including sexual shame, compulsive behaviour, anxiety, confidence and identity.
Sexological Bodywork Training with the School of Somatic Sexology under Kian de la Cour, one of Europe's leading somatic sex educators. This training encompasses conscious touch, breath and body-based practices, erotic massage, Taoist sexual energy work, trauma-informed bodywork and the ethics of working with erotic energy in a professional therapeutic context.
Systematic Kinesiology Trained in muscle testing and energy balancing techniques that identify and address physical, emotional and energetic imbalances held in the body.
Professional Massage Qualified massage therapist with years of hands-on experience working with gay, bi and queer men in London. Trained across multiple modalities including deep tissue, lymphatic and Taoist Erotic and Tantra techniques.
Writing & Community Contributing writer for QX Magazine, covering topics at the intersection of gay men's wellbeing, sexuality, intimacy and community. Creator of the Erotic Evolution Substack, a growing library of sex education and somatic practice resources for gay men.

Pleasure Medicine is a fortnightly conscious dance and connection workshop for gay and queer men in East London, now over a year old and growing. It's a space to drop the masks, move your body and connect with other men in a way that feels real. Pleasure Medicine is a non-sexual space.
Slow Dating+ is an alternative dating experience for gay men who are done with apps and ready to meet people face to face, with intention and without pressure.
Both are rooted in the same philosophy as Erotic Evolution… that gay men deserve spaces where they can feel safe, seen, alive and connected.
