Frequently Asked
When does the course start?
Monday 1st June 2026. Modules unlock weekly through to Monday 20th July 2026.
How much time per week does it take?
Roughly two to four hours per week, depending on how deep you go with the practices and journalling. The audio meditations are ten to fifteen minutes daily.
What if I fall behind?
The course is yours for life. You can move through it at the pace your life allows. The weekly unlock structure gives you rhythm, the lifetime access means there is no pressure.
Can I cancel after I buy?
The beta cohort is non-refundable once you have access to Module One. You're buying into a small contained group and your commitment is part of what makes the cohort work. If you have questions before you buy, email me directly and let's talk.
Will there be a second cohort?
